TILES INDUSTRIES

Mainly Tiles Industries are growing with fast pace using technology. No boundaries in sizes and designs.
When it comes to cost saving there are many ways from production to marketing.
We at HIR has develop the product that can be apply in the kiln line on bricks as well as on the exterior of kiln. Product is named as HIR Eco Insul-O-Coat
The HIR Eco Insul-O-Coat is applied in multiple layers and allowed to dry naturally for 48 hours at normal temperature of 28 degree C
The HIR Eco Insul-O-Coat can with stand temperature up to 1500 degree C
We have applied the material in few Tile Manufacturing units and found the material help reduce the gas consumption and other benefits too.
Here we have received feedbacks and appreciation for the work completed.

HIR ECO INSUL-O-COAT (PRODUCT DETAILS)

HIR ECO INSUL-O-COAT is a very high temperature resistant and insulation creed useally used in furnaces, fireplaces, industrial kilns and wood burning stoves and other equipment’s to prevent heat loss bearing very high temperatures up to 1500 degree Celsius. Additionally. it is suitable for in-situ repairs.

The heat resistant screed acts as a protective layer for materials which are vulnerable when exposed to heat. It can withstand temperatures reaching 1400 degree Celsius / 2252 degree Fahrenheit. The screed is fully blended and its grains have a maximum size of 5mm. For a trowelling consistency, mix with water.

VRN CERAMICS LTD (KOHINOOR TILES)

VRN manufactures Digital Vitrified Tiles and parking tiles.
HIR Team has completed coating in Vitrified Tiles Unit.
The coating has been completed in the month of April 2019.
The gas input before coating had to increase during night shift and winter to maintain the temperature of kiln for quality production.
But after coating HIR Team was informed that they have to reduce the gas input during night time and winter.
Approximate 350 SCM saving Per Day.

SANTRO TILES LIMITED

HIR team has been approached by Santro Tiles Limited for HIR Eco Insul-O-Coat IN THEIR MODENA
The Coating was done in the month of October 2019.
They have been benefited from the coating and found reduced gas consumption up to 300 to 400 SCM PER DAY.
Previous gas consumption was approximate 7600 and after coating it reduced to 7200 SCM per day approximate.

CENTURY TILES LIMITED

CENTURY Tiles Limited is manufacturing porcelain tiles in Himatnagar.
Century Tiles has installed Kiln of Sacmi. The ceiling portion of Kiln consists of Plates so coating has been done on the side walls during maintenance period.
After the HIR Eco Insul-O-Coat, the heat felt in surrounding the kiln cannot be felt with same intensity. Walk by to kiln was easiest way to confirm the reduction of heat loss.
Technically and practically they found the saving of upto 3% but it was hard to be precise as many parallel changes were made like composition, body of tiles.
